SchneiderBox - The innovative novelty among the mesh boxes
The SchneiderBox is the latest innovation on the pallet cage market. With a low tare weight, it surpasses the space-saving advantages of a conventional hinged mesh box and combines these with the robust properties that characterize an EPAL mesh box.
- Climate-friendly transportation
- Internal and external dimensions similar to an EPAL mesh box
- Ideal for use in automatic production lines
SchneiderBox - Folding mesh box set up in just five seconds
Setting up a SchneiderBox takes just 5 seconds and is done from the front on one side thanks to supporting stainless steel torsion springs in the side panels.
What makes the SchneiderBox a mesh box alternative
The SchneiderBox impresses with its cleverly thought-out concept, which makes it an attractive alternative to the EPAL grid box with comparable dimensions. The return of the SchneiderBox is many times more efficient. Thanks to the folding mechanism and the resulting compression of the loading space, you save CO² and often also freight costs of up to 75 %.
Would you like to integrate your mesh boxes into automated processes?
The feet of the SchneiderBox are prepared for integration into an automated production line. In contrast to the EPAL grid box, the SchneiderBox therefore offers a considerable advantage for your production and manufacturing processes.
The difference to the standard hinged mesh box
The conventional folding lattice box has a tare weight of around 90 kg. The SchneiderBox weighs just 65 kg. Assembly is also many times faster. The SchneiderBox can be easily assembled from one side in just five seconds. With a conventional folding box, you need 15 seconds and have to assemble it from all sides.
The SchneiderBox also impresses with its stacking capacity. It offers a load capacity of 6000 kg instead of just 3000 kg. Unloaded, you can stack the SchneiderBox 24-high in the warehouse, the classic hinged mesh box only 18-high.
How the SchneiderBox stands out from plastic folding boxes
Plastic collapsible boxes sometimes significantly increase the fire load in storage facilities, meaning that their use in some warehouses is only possible to a limited extent or in small quantities. With 45 kg and a 26-fold stacking capacity when unloaded, plastic folding boxes are just ahead, but with a slightly higher tare weight of 65 kg, the SchneiderBox offers three times the load capacity and even four times the load.
Instead of just 500 kg load capacity and 1250 kg payload, with the SchneiderBox you can benefit from a load capacity of 1500 kg per box and a payload of 6000 kg. The stacking factor when loaded is also significantly better with the SchneiderBox. Instead of one plus two, the SchneiderBox can be stacked one plus five. It is therefore the much more robust variant, which is also clearly evident when it comes to maintenance. While plastic collapsible boxes can only be repaired to a limited extent, the SchneiderBox is very easy to repair.
