Body frames and structural parts are of central importance for vehicles, as they contribute significantly to both rigidity and safe power transmission, and the rest of the vehicle is built on the frame. During storage, transportation and production processes, these frames must be specially protected in order to maintain their structural safety and prevent corrosion, deformation or other damage.
A concealed and invisibly damaged body frame can also significantly impair the safety of the vehicle, as it is no longer able to effectively absorb and distribute the required energy in the event of a collision. It is therefore essential to use appropriate protective measures, such as a special load carrier developed specifically for the frame, to ensure the quality and functionality of these critical components along the entire supply chain.

Whether rear door or boot lid - these sensitive add-on parts must not be damaged during storage and transportation, otherwise they can no longer be fitted accurately.
With a special load carrier for add-on parts, doors, rear lids, rear floors and the like can be transported and stored easily and safely. These special load carriers can also be seamlessly integrated into production processes.
