Use of Google Analytics

Use of Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing

We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (known as Google Ads). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs. These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers." To do this, we use ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users. In addition, we use enhanced conversions within the framework of Google Ads. This extension enables us to optimize our advertising campaign. To do this, we collect your name, telephone number, and email address, which you have entered on our website by filling out a form or making a purchase. The data is pseudonymized using a hashing algorithm called SHA-256. Hashing converts the personal data into a so-called character string. The hashed data is then transmitted to Google. Google compares this data with registered Google accounts. By comparing the data, Google can draw conclusions about the account owner if a matching comparison hash is found in Google's user data. Google then links campaign conversions to events such as clicks or ad views. The platform then assigns conversions across devices and platforms so that advertisers can build retargeting audiences. We only use enhanced conversions if you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways:

a) by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; in particular, suppressing third-party cookies means that you will not receive any third-party advertisements;

b) By disabling cookies for tracking, you must set your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com," https://www.google.de/settings/ads, although this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies.

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The individual social networks we use are listed below.

Social networks such as Facebook etc. can generally analyze your user behavior comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. Like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media presences triggers numerous data protection-relevant processing operations. In detail:

If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. Responsible party and assertion of rights

When you visit one of our social media sites (e.g., Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. Storage duration
