Use of Google Analytics
a) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. (for Europe: Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland - "Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymization on this website, so your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. This makes Google a processor on behalf of the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 8 GDPR; a corresponding agreement on processing on behalf of the controller pursuant to Art. 28 (3) GDPR has been concluded. Google Analytics cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with §25 sentence 1 TDDDG.
b) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
c) You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
d) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp ()". This means that IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you is personally identifiable, it is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.
e) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user.
f) For cases in which personal data is transferred to the US, Google has submitted to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/.
g) This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under "My data", "Personal data".
Use of Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (known as Google Ads). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs. These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers." To do this, we use ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information (indicating that the user no longer wishes to be targeted) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie. These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and been redirected to that page. Each Ads customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Ads customers. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations provided by Google. Based on these evaluations, we can identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: By integrating Ads, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may find out and store your IP address.
In addition, we use enhanced conversions within the framework of Google Ads. This extension enables us to optimize our advertising campaign. To do this, we collect your name, telephone number, and email address, which you have entered on our website by filling out a form or making a purchase. The data is pseudonymized using a hashing algorithm called SHA-256. Hashing converts the personal data into a so-called character string. The hashed data is then transmitted to Google. Google compares this data with registered Google accounts. By comparing the data, Google can draw conclusions about the account owner if a matching comparison hash is found in Google's user data. Google then links campaign conversions to events such as clicks or ad views. The platform then assigns conversions across devices and platforms so that advertisers can build retargeting audiences. We only use enhanced conversions if you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways:
a) by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; in particular, suppressing third-party cookies means that you will not receive any third-party advertisements;
b) By disabling cookies for tracking, you must set your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com," https://www.google.de/settings/ads, although this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies.
c) by deactivating interest-based ads from providers participating in the "About Ads" self-regulation campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies;
d) by permanently disabling them in your Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome browsers at the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin.
e) We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer to their full extent. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking on the following link: Change cookie settings

The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not create user profiles or store cookies. Google only receives the user's IP address, which is necessary to execute Google Tag Manager. The legal basis for data processing is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. For cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/. The service includes sending the IP address and, if necessary, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google and is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR on the basis of your consent. When using Google reCAPTCHA, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA. For cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/.

Integration of YouTube videos
a) We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering that are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in "extended data protection mode," which means that no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned under b) be transferred. We have no influence on this data transfer.
b) To ensure data protection on this website, YouTube is deactivated when you first visit this website. A direct connection to YouTube's servers is only established when you activate YouTube yourself (consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). This prevents your data from being transferred to YouTube when you first visit the site.
c) After activation, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in section V of this declaration is transmitted. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
d) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Social media privacy notice
We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The individual social networks we use are listed below.
Social networks such as Facebook etc. can generally analyze your user behavior comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. Like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media presences triggers numerous data protection-relevant processing operations. In detail:
If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data is collected, for example, via cookies that are stored on your device or by recording your IP address.
With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, interest-based advertising can be displayed to you inside and outside the respective social media presence. If you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are logged in or were logged in.
Please also note that we cannot track all processing operations on the social media portals. Depending on the provider, further processing operations may therefore be carried out by the operators of the social media portals. For details, please refer to the terms of use and data protection provisions of the respective social media portals.
Legal basis
Our social media presences are intended to ensure the widest possible presence on the Internet. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Responsible party and assertion of rights
When you visit one of our social media sites (e.g., Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. You can assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and complaint) both against us and against the operator of the respective social media portal (e.g., against Facebook).
Please note that, despite the joint responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full influence on the data processing procedures of the social media portals. Our options are largely determined by the corporate policy of the respective provider.
Storage duration
The data collected directly by us via the social media presence will be deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer applies, you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
We have no influence on the storage period of your data that is stored by the operators of the social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g. in their privacy policy, see below).
